This page explains what beigify does with your personal data. beigify is not released yet, so at the moment the only thing here is a waitlist.
beigify is a small independent project, not yet a registered company. Whoever is behind it is the controller of your data, and is reachable at hello@beigify.app — for anything in this policy, including the rights listed below.
What we collect
Only what you type into the waitlist form. Nothing else about you is gathered on this site.
- Your email address.
- Which phone you use, if you answer that question.
- Which app takes most of your day, if you answer that question.
What we do not do
There is no analytics on this site, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no cookies are set. Fonts are served from this site rather than a font CDN, so loading the page does not hand your IP address to a third party. We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or profile you.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You gave it by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your entry. Withdrawing does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
Who else processes it
- Formspree, Inc. (United States) receives and stores the waitlist submissions on our behalf.
- Render Services, Inc. (United States) hosts the site and, like any web server, records requests including IP addresses in its logs.
Data leaving the EEA
The processors above are based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the EEA. These transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Until beigify launches and we have invited you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the product is abandoned, the list is deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how it is used, and receive it in a portable form. Write to hello@beigify.app and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority if you think we have handled your data badly.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so here and update the date at the top.
